Over the past four years, we have proudly awarded more than 15 scholarships to day and boarding students from numerous countries. Our scholars excel academically while pursuing their individual passions in arts, sports, and other fields.

Thanks to our welcoming community, outstanding teachers, and the excellent IB Diploma Programme, they have successfully gained entry to the most prestigious universities worldwide.

Application and Competition Process

1) Parents submit the Online Application for Placement: https://exupery.lv/enquiry. This form provides us with the basic personal, contact, and academic information and enables us to create your account in our Admissions System (OpenApply).

2) A confirmation email is sent to the Parent's Email Address with instructions to access the OpenApply Profile in order to complete the Scholarship Application Checklist - upload the transcripts for the last 2 academic years, upload achievements for the last two years, and send the Application for Scholarship Competition Form to the student applicant.

3) Student Applicant fills out the Application for Scholarship Competition Form.
5) The selection Committee announces the winners of the Scholarship Competition!
4) The EIS Scholarship Committee reviews all completed applications. Shortlisted candidates are invited to the English and Academic Testing as well as applicant and parent interviews with the members of the EIS Academic Team.

Important Notes

Candidates who provide incomplete or untruthful information and/or fail to complete the high school questionnaire (Steps 1 and 2) will not be considered for the next steps in the application process.

Applicants applying from Latvia will complete the testing and interviews (Step 6) in person, and candidates applying from outside of Latvia complete it online.

Scholarships for the day program will cover up to 100% of the tuition fees, as well as all the enrollment and registration fees, but will not cover the meal fees, the exam fees, the paid after-school clubs, and any other extra expenses. A full breakdown of EIS fees can be found here.

Scholarships for the Boarding program will cover up to 90% of the All Inclusive Boarding Fees, but will not cover the visa procurement and travel expenses, the insurance, the IB exam fees, the participation in paid after-school clubs, and any other extra expenses. Please note that boarding students from outside will need to apply for a visa or residence permits, and obtaining the necessary immigration documents is the responsibility of the applicant’s family. Our scholarship graduates

Our scholarship holders graduated with outstanding results:
  • While the entire graduating class of 2023 surpassed the world average at the IB DP exams, one of the scholarship recipients had achieved perfect IB DP exam score of 45.
  • One of the EIS graduates was accepted to Williams College, ranking #1 among the best National Liberal Arts Colleges in the US.
  • Another graduate won a silver medal at the 16th International Olympiad on Astronomy and Astrophysics. This achievement also marked her final school Olympiad before she embarked on her studies at École Polytechnique in Paris.
  • While the entire graduating class of 2023 surpassed the world average at the IB DP exams, one of the scholarship recipients had achieved perfect IB DP exam score of 45.
